Our vision: Gather. Grow. Go. Give

We need to make sure that we are faithful to be in the Lord's house.  It is encouraging to me to see each of you in your place at each church service.  You are missed when you are gone.  Not only are you missed but you also miss out on a message from the Lord in that service that you miss.  So make sure that you gather here at Eureka each time we gather for worship and prayer meeting.

How do we grow?  We increase our knowledge of the Lord by reading the bible, spending time in bible study, coming to Sunday School, talking to others are what you have been studying in the bible.  Are you growing in your walk with the Lord?  If you're not growing, you are backsliding.  

Matthew 28 speaks of go...  "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost;  Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you; and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.  Amen." (Matthew 28:19-20).  This could be more accurately translated to say as we go... As we go throughout our lives we need to be telling people about and pointing people to Jesus.  Our goal should be to know Jesus personally and make him known.  

How do we give?  We can give our time, talents and resources.  Luke 6:38 says: "Give, and it shall be given unto you;  good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom.  For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.
